Warwick Melrose Serves up Seasonal Joy with Holiday Menus

The Warwick Melrose Hotel, Dallas has unwrapped its legendary holiday menus that fill families with seasonal joy. The historic hotel will offer its traditional grand Buffet on Christmas Day along with a Christmas Eve Dinner and a New Year’s Eve Dinner from the hotel’s The Landmark Restaurant. This year, Executive Chef Mike Pacheco and his award-winning culinary team are also working on plans for a New Year’s Day breakfast and brunch, which will be announced soon.


Christmas Eve Dinner will consist of a prix fixe menu with an amuse bouche and three courses for $45 per person (soup or salad, entree and dessert, offering three choices per course.) The menu includes:

Amuse Bouche – Smoked Salmon Tart

First Course – choice of Roasted Butternut Squash Soup, Spinach Salad or Caesar Salad

Second Course – choice of Pan Seared Salmon, Filet Mignon or Brined Pork Chop

Third Course – choice of Strawberry Short Cake or Pumpkin Crème Brûlèe


A time-honored, festive feast, the Warwick Melrose Hotel’s Christmas Buffet is one of the highlights of the year, with dozens of tempting dishes on offer. Make your season bright with a menu full of traditional, delicious holiday items, such as:

Beginnings - from Thai Chicken Salad to Christmas Pasta Salad

Seafood Display on Ice - Jumbo Shrimp and Snow Crab Claws

Entrées and Sides - from Roasted Turkey and Seared Mahi Mahi & Grilled Pineapple Cous Cous to Traditional Eggs Benedict

Action Stations - Baked Honey Glazed Ham, Prime Rib, Omelets and Waffles

For The Young Ones - Parmesan Chicken Tenders, Mac & Cheese, PB&J

Grand Dessert Display - Assorted Cheese Cakes, Six Traditional Cakes and Pies, Assorted Miniature French Pastry, Granny Smith Apple Cobbler, Christmas Yule Log

Seatings are from 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m. The cost is $60 for adults, $24 for children 5-12 and complimentary for those 5 and younger.


End 2013 on a tasteful note at The Landmark’s New Year’s Eve four-course Dinner (amuse bouche, appetizer, salad, entrée and dessert), with a Champagne toast for $85 per person.

Enjoy Warwick Melrose deluxe accommodations with special New Year’s Eve rates starting at $279 for a Traditional King.

Appetizer – choice of Seared Foie Gras, Pork Belly or Seared Scallops
